Developer are always looking for actionable things they can do to get their developer careers moving and growing.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Developers usually look for career-related events when they are stuck, they feel they could be growing more, they are lost of what to do to grow.

So, assume we will get developers from all levels, looking for strategies, technologies, tools and tips on how to get their careers moving and growing.

There are 3 groups that are frequent in career events:
1) Beginners - developers with a few years of experience, that want to become better, reach higher positions, but don't know how
2) Experienced but stuck - developers with many years of experience (8+), that for some reason are unhappy (working on boring projects or bad companies, wanting to change careers somehow)
3) Experienced, happy and looking for more growth -- developers with experience, that want to reach new levels, like growing beyond senior, or becoming leaders.
